Because MyAghori.in is primarily a free social media platform, refunds apply only to specific paid transactions, such as premium features, virtual gifts, or advertising credits.

1 General Policy

All purchases of premium features, virtual items, and ad credits on MyAghori.in are generally non-refundable, as these digital services are consumed instantly upon activation.

2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a platform glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of your payment method on our platform, please report it to us immediately for investigation.
3 Advertising Credits

If you cancel an active ad campaign, you will only be charged for the portion of the campaign that has already run. Any unspent balance remaining in your advertising account budget cannot be refunded but can be used for future campaigns.

4 How to Request a Refund

To request a review of a transaction, please contact our support team at our email help@myaghori.in within 7 days of the transaction, providing your user ID, transaction receipt, and the reason for the request.
